a banquet table to accommodate the show. For all of our toys to be properly displayed they must have a lot of room to walk,
dance, skate and move.
Art Show Rates; Each student is responsible for sketch pad, pencils and sharpeners. Pencils must be #2
or more in lead. All art is black and white until Lesson four when the class will get into Color. At this time the student
will be asked to bring colored pencils or markers to the class. Each class is a $75 flat rate if facility pays or it is $25
per person if the facility wishes each resident to self pay. Classes can be booked once a month or weekly. If the students
wish to continue with modern crafts the supplies again will be the responsibility of the student. This keeps costs low for

Do you provide receipts? Yes we have our own receipts. Just ask for one.
What
method of payment do you accept? Cash or check.
(We
also have W-9 forms for institutions that require one. These are mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to an engagement to give an institution
time to prepare payment that day.)
Are
you twins? No. We are two years a part. We dress identical as part of our act. (So did the Andrew Sisters and The
Lennon Sisters) .
Have
you had any formal training? Yes. We were both trained vocally for ten years.
Irma
was trained in rhythm guitar. She is self-taught on the synthesizer. Marie won a scholarship at the Vesper George school of
art.
How
long have you been performing? We began our live performances in 1980. Our experience is with the elderly and
disabled. However, we have also performed on radio, television, in schools, church and coffee houses.
We left
the music scene in 1997 due to our mother's illness. She was a blind diabetic with renal failure. She passed away on April
12th 2006.
We
returned to music in September of 2006.
Do
you take requests? Yes! Request away! If we know it, we will play it, or sing it accapella. If we don't know
it, we will get it.
Do
you have business cards? Yes. We have business cards, brochures, program booklets and CD's.
What
is your experience with the elderly? We cared for our parents at home for many years. Our father had Alzheimer's
Disease, and our mother had Diabetes, renal failure, macular degeneration and was completely blind. We have a great empathy
and understanding of our audiences and love to interact with them and watch their faces light up to the costumes and songs.
Why do you dress alike? We dress alike to show we are connected in what we are doing. In
years past, all the female groups dressed alike. We are merely imitating that idea.
How do you prepare for your show? Our
first consideration is for a theme; holiday, Broadway, birthday, sing along, island etc. Once we have our chosen theme we
choose songs for the show that are most popular, because every show is designed to be familiar so the audience can sing along.
Irma
records the back ground music using a synthesizer to give the affect of a full band sound with horns, drums, guitars and piano.
We record the back track to CD, one song per CD to allow us time to interact with the audience between songs.
The
trivia we ask comes from questions about the titles of the songs and the singer who made the song popular.
We
dress according to the event; red for valentines and Christmas, green for St. Patrick's day, flowery tops for our island
show, earth tones for November, silver or gold for Broadway, red, white and blue for July and so on.
